He is survived by: his father John Winters (Ellen) of Waupaca; his children, Heather Winters (Luis) of Loyal, Jessica Winters of Stevens Point, Thomas Winters (Katie) of Stevens Point and Brandon Winters (Glorian) of Waupaca; and his siblings, Darrell Rodencal of Waupaca, Sheri Winters of Waupaca, Ronald Crossman of Waupaca, Julie Gonzales (James) of Waupaca, Dawn Selear (Robert) of Milwaukee, Kristi Frank (Glen) of Fremont, Shawn Crossman of Waupaca and Dominick Winters of Milwaukee. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and seventeen nieces and nephews.
