He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Glen Mack and Doris Mack (Taylor); his children, Kathy Smith (Scott Suhs) of Waupaca, LuAnn Dessart (Darin) of Babcock, Sheri Jones of Grafton, Lisa Mack (Robbert Parge) and Gary Matthew of Neenah; his siblings, Mary Jane Lang of Hortonville and Ralph Mack; and his grandchildren, Lacey Jones and Billy Johnston. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
