George Christie Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 19, 2021 we had to say goodbye to George Christie of Waupaca, Wisconsin, born in Crookston, Minnesota. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George West Christie, Sr. and Eva Augusta Lindbergh Christie; his sister Lillian Christie Johnson; his uncle Charles (Anne Morrow Lindbergh); his sons, Scouts, Dirk Christie (Elena) and Bruce Christie (Lynda); his grandchildren, Tressa Smail (Bob), Sean Stults (Kelly), Jenna Mir, Stefan Stults (Elissa) and Alex Christie (Micaela); his great grandchildren, Cyric, Kelise, Soren Stults, Javen, Kylan Mir, Lilian, Adeline Smail, Calvin and Amelia Stults; his sister-in-law Barb Schoon; Charles Augustus Lindbergh. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and friends.

Any donations can be designated in George's memory to the Christie Home Museum in Long Prairie, MN, (christiehome.org) to continue the preservation of the museum that was home to his grandfather, Dr. George Ralph Christie.
