It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Hagara Smith of Waupaca, Wisconsin, who passed away at the age of 95, on March 15, 2021. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Radloff and Edith Radloff (Geske); her husband Budd Smith; her children, Roger Smith and Joan Smith; her grandson William Luttropp; her son-in-law George Shanak; and her half-sister Leona Torbeck.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Thiel (Don), Phyllis Luttropp (Jerry), Susan Otterson (John), Betty Shanak, Ray Smith (Pam) and Thomas Smith; her son-in-law Peter Johnson; her grandchildren, Michael Otterson (Kristi), Theresa Cleaves (Curt), Dennis Thiel (Rhonda), Dean Thiel (Toni), Darren Thiel, Jeffrey Luttropp (Caitlin), Jason Luttropp, Jodi Hoynoski (Carl), Glen Shanak, Neil Shanak, Shawn Smith (Karla) and Noah Smith (Brittney); her great grandchildren, Erin Fletcher (Ben), Jonathan, Brittany Otterson, Stephanie, Derrick Cleaves, Dalton, Devon, Renee, Roselyn Thiel, Lydia, Luke Thiel, Mikhayla Luttropp, Adam, Hazil, Aislee, Kelsey Luttropp and Ava Smith; and her great great grandchildren, Marybeth, Gabriel, Zoey and Grayson Fletcher. She is also survived by step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, godchildren, nieces, and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Sunday afternoon from 1:00 – 3:00 PM at the church where social distancing will be observed and the wearing of masks recommended.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church in Waupaca.
