He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jack Sr. Hess and Katherine Hess; his wife Jessica; his children, Jack IV and Juliette; his siblings, Steven Hess (Terese), Patti Tilley and Terri Fox; and his fiancée Elizabeth Tautges.
