He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Les Gardner and Marie Gardner (Engel); his wife Renee Gardner (Besch); his children, Sara Gardner and Jacob Gardner (Tamara); his grandchildren, Jozlynn Venski, Levi and Hudson Gardner; his sister Karen Mau (Dave); his foster daughter Melissa Perez (Frank); his mother-in-law Bernice Besch; his siblings-in-law, Robert Besch (Cathy), Tim Besch (Kris), Sheri Wieters (Michael), April Alvarez (Efrain) and Ashleen Loftin (Robert); his brother David Gardner; his father-in-law Robert Besch; his sister-in-law Doree Ramun; and his nephews, Eric Gardner, Michael R. Ramun and Josh Wieters. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and many friends.
