She is survived by: her husband Jerry Forseth; her children, Joni Tevis (Adam), Carrie Zastoupil (Scott), Mike Riverun (Heather), Jonathan Olson, Shaun Metoxen and Shannon Metoxen; her grandchildren, Anthony, Faith, Ethan, Riley, Emma, Ethereal and Blue; her great grandchild Amaia; her siblings, Gregg Marquard and Janeen Sward; and her close friend Nathan Olson. She is also survived by extended family and many dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Maple Crest Funeral Home Inc (2620 WI-22, Waupaca, WI 54981). A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
