He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Welch (Ronald "Toby") of Black Creek, Shelly Naparalla (Don) of Neshkoro and Penny Kettlewell (Dan) of Waupaca; his grandchildren, Kelly Miller, Billy Kettlewell (Amanda), Ryan Schabo, Megan Lemke (Joey) and Tommy Kettlewell (Tessa); his great grandchildren, Hunter, Siera Miller, Lilly and Keegan Kettlewell; and his sisters, LaDonna Tratz and Patricia Gillen.
