She is survived by: her grandchildren, Sara Emmerich, Joseph Slattery, Aidan Smithson, Erin Fletcher, Jonathan Otterson, Brittany Otterson, Ashley Coutley, Alicia Hoover and Karie Fletcher. She is also survived by Many great-grandchildren, other close relatives and friends.
