She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Hintz and LaVern Hintz. She is survived by: her son James L Barber IV (Phyllis); her grandchildren, Carsin Barber, Jayne Barber and Erin Minton (Ryan Minton); her great grandchildren, Masson and Nethaniel Aydin; Justin Hoefferle of Waupaca Wisconsin.
