He was predeceased by: his father Carl Adkins. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Adkins (Aschebrook); his wife Teresea; his children, Shaun Adkins, Jessica Rasmussen (Stanley) and Abigail Thorland (Trevor); his grandchildren, Jordan, Tia and Alexa; and his sisters, Laura Rodriguez (Jensil), Melanie Justin Jr. (Gerald) and Jaime Canteno (Eddy). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
