He was predeceased by: his mother Verona Ruiz. He is survived by: his spouses, Sandra Warner and Sandy; his children, Perry Ruiz (Lisa), Carmen Johnson (Jody) and Brenna Topping (Ryan); his grandchildren, Jacob, Mason, Shya, Milana, Tristin and Azalya; his father Peter Ruiz; and his siblings, Cathy Miller (Vince), Tim Ruiz (Cathy), Tina Sebetka and Andrew Ruiz. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
