He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Binley and Frances Binley (Bruce); his wife Ruth Binley (Mathis); his siblings, Kenneth, Wilber "Gene" Binley and Anna "Elnora" Herman; his parents-in-law, Kenneth and Irene Mathis; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Arndt, Harvey Arndt, William Mathis, Kenneth Mathis, Donald Mysak and Al Herman.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Binley (Bev) of Weyauwega, Micheal Binley (Chris) of Scandinavia, Tim Binley (Susie Burr) of Waupaca and Kim Nelson (Dean) of Waupaca; and his grandchildren, Tony Binley (Becca) of Weyauwega, Barbara Nelson (David) of Scandinavia, Micheal Binley (Stacy) of Suffolk, VA, Joseph Nelson of Waupaca, Kelsey Nelson of Waupaca, Patrick Nelson of Waupaca and Samantha Nelson of Waupaca.
