It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard C. Koontz (Waupaca, Wisconsin), born in Duluth, Minnesota, who passed away on April 30, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Koontz and Lucille Koontz (Chalmers); and his wife Lois Redman. He is survived by: his children, James Koontz (Rose) of Waupaca, WI and Susan Koontz (Carol) of Appleton, WI; and his grandchildren, Kaylyn Koontz of Waupaca, WI and William Koontz of Waupaca, WI..
