He is survived by: the mother of his children Lynette Johnson of Waupaca; his daughters, Erika Johnson (Jeremiah) of Hortonville, WI and Caitlin Benzshawel (Adam) of De Pere, WI; his grandchildren, Emma Carton, Paisley and Mason Benzshawel of De Pere, WI.; his siblings, Nancy Hamilton (Tony) of Lake Forest, CA, James Johnson of Waupaca, WI, Susan Johnson (Keith Reingold) of Salmon Arm, B. C. and Stephen E. Johnson (Carole) of Waupaca, WI; his siblings' children, Kristin Flannery (Patrick) of Geneva, IL, Anthony Hamilton of Irvine, CA, Michael Johnson of Temecula, CA and David Johnson of Oshkosh, WI; and his close friends, Tim Stewart and Randy O'Connell.
