He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl L. Carlovsky and Ida A. Carlovsky (Brown); and his former wife Ruth Ann Carlovsky. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Carlovsky of Waupaca, WI; his children, Jill Carlovsky of Weston, WI, Michael Carlovsky of Winnebago, IL, Mark Carlovsky (Jami) of Waupaca, WI, Jayne Jansen of Wild Rose, WI and Jennifer Cooper (Anthony) of Rockford, IL; his grandchildren, Brent, Chelsea (Paige Carlovsky), Elliot (Allysin Carlovsky), Robert "Robbie" (Savannah Jansen) and Katrina (Alexus Cooper); his great grandchild Kay; his brother Earl Carlovsky of Chula Vista, CA.; and his stepchildren, Jonna Brinkman of Appleton, WI, Samuel Brinkman (Ruth) of Sun Prairie, WI and Benjamin Brinkman (Tammy) of Oshkosh, WI. He is also survived by numerous brothers and sisters in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, god children, other relatives and friends.
A Private Family Funeral Service is being held due to the state restrictions regarding COVID-19.
A memorial has been established in "Doc" Robert's name to Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church in Waupaca, WI.
