He was predeceased by: his sibling's children, Sean, Jordan, Justin, Amanda, Taylor, Garrett (Ari), Morgan, Gavin and Madeline; his father John "Casey" Looker; his fathers-in-law, Kenneth Fields and Jim "Mac" McDaniel; and his niece Allison Fields.
He is survived by: his wife Leah; his children, Brady and McKenna of Waupaca; his mother Claudette of Fremont; his siblings, Vicki (Robert), Lowe, Milwaukee, Julie and Jeff (Mellanie Grimmer); his mother-in-law Judy McDaniel of New London; his brothers-in-law, Shane (Mary) and Troy (Leanne); and his friends, Mike and Kim Dohm. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many special friends.
