He is survived by: his wife Ann; his son Jeffrey Levy (Amy); his siblings, Rose Mary Wichman, John Skipchak (Cindy) and Linda Kubczak (Duke); and his mother-in-law Nancy Chavez. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
