She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Elmer Marasch and Joyce Douglas. She is survived by: her daughters, Destiny Douglas and Brianna Bork; her parents, Thomas Sr. and Judy Douglas Sr.; her siblings, Tommy Douglas (Julie Torgerson) and Tara Douglas; her grandparents, Irene Marasch and Francis Douglas; her significant other Wayne Nolan; Ike.
