He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester O'Neil and Dorothy O'Neil; his sister Patricia (Phil); his siblings-in-law, Gary and Jody; and his grandsons, Claude and Reese.

He is survived by: his children, Ann (Mark), John (Theresa), Mary (Pete) and Kathleen (Shawn); and his siblings, Mike, Kathy, Jim and Jerry (Denise). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.

A donation in the name of Thomas Farrell O'Neil will be shared with the Veterans Group in Waupaca.
