He is survived by: his daughters, Alli and Kati; his wife Joni of Waupaca; his parents, Thomas Sr. of Ogdensburg and Eileen Kettleson, Sr. of Ogdensburg; his siblings, Laura Verga (Jeff) of Hortonville, Dawn Larsen (Mark) and Dean Kettleson (Tina) of Milwaukee; his parents-in-law, Don Johnson of Iola and Linda Johnson of Iola; his brother-in-law Kevin Johnson (Wendy) of Iola; his siblings' children, Kimberly, Alexus, Brady, Trevor, Spencer, Rylee, Brennan, Vincent, Connor, Abby, Kylie and Kendall; Alli of Waupaca and Kati of Waupaca. He is also survived by nieces and great nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established.
