He is survived by: his wife Laura Rice; his children, William Mykel, Mary Ammeter (Dennis) and James Mykel (Lane); his grandchildren, Johnathan William and Jenna Lynn Ammeter; and his sister Janet Rader. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
