It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Christopher Piehl of Wausau, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 10, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, William Piehl and Alice Piehl (Novitzke); his brothers, Bill and Tim Piehl; his sister-in-law Shirley; his nephews, Rich, Kevin and Patrick; and his niece Mary Elizabeth.
He is survived by : his siblings, Sharon Pijan (John), Polly Kimball (Fritz), Terry Piehl (Alice) and Steve Piehl (Mary).
Visitation was held on Monday, March 1st 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Michael Catholic Church (1315 N 6th St, Wausau, WI 54403). Social distancing and masks will be required.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be offered to St. Michael Parish.
