It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie A. Wirkus of Wausau, Wisconsin, born in Mosinee, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 5, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Cihlar and Anna Cihlar (Cerny); and her brothers, Joseph, Arthur and Ervin Cihlar.
She is survived by: her husband Daniel Wirkus; her children, Randy Wirkus, Madison, Nancy Dreikosen (Norbert) and Jackie Wirkus; her great grandchild Harper Dreikosen; and her sister-in-law Irene Cihlar. She is also survived by four grandsons.
The family asks that all who attend please wear a mask.
