She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Kubitz and Marie Kubitz (Kroening); and her brothers, Glen (Doris) and Roger Kubitz (Marlene). She is survived by: her husband Arlon; her children, Clay Hopperdietzel (Tracy Patrick) and Lisa Pickens (Michael); her grandchildren, David, Kristen and Laura Hopperdietzel; her children, Liam, Colin, Austin Patrick, Rachael Brenneman (Dustan) and Elizabeth Pickens; her great grandchildren, Robbie and Jamie Brenneman; and her brother Danny Brenneman.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to The Muscular Dystrophy Association to go toward the research into the treatment for Lambert-Eaton myasthenic syndrome (LEMS).
