He is survived by: his children, Nancy Gertonson of Enterprise, WI, Susan Koller (Rick) of Menasha, Beth Patefield of Appleton, Janet Clarke of Menasha and Daniel Clarke of Wausaukee; his grandchildren, Rachel of John, II, Adam, Michelle, Nickolas (Danielle), Jacob, Danielle and Zachary; his great grandchildren, Kedrick, Alina, Isaac, Kendal, Isabella and Caylyn; and his siblings, Ann Zahorik Monarch, Renee Polomis (Fred) and Wayne Clarke.
