It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Jeanne Bintz of Wautoma, Wisconsin, born in Dubuque, Iowa, who passed away on October 26, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas "Allen" Burns and Virginia "Jeanne" Burns; her husband Don; her stepdaughter Donna Devlin; her sister Ginger Lee; and her siblings-in-law, Elsie Burns and Loras Steffen.

She is survived by : her daughters, Jodi Struzynski (Dan), Vicki Tollefson (Sean Steffes) and Amanda Bintz; her stepdaughter Ramelle Bintz (Jon Croke); her grandchildren, Hannah Struzynski, Hailey Struzynski (Cody Cline), Tyler Burant, Valor Tollefson (Cassidy), Justice Tollefson, Jack Schroeder, Ian, Anyssa, Dylan Gonzales and Sara Rothe; her siblings, Tom Burns (Penny), Dick Burns (Sue Williams), Donnie Burns (Tana), Wendy Steffen, Linda Roberson (Ted), Steve Burns (Jason Anderson), Julie Huseman (Scott) and Rick Burns (Patty); and her close friend Marilyn Carpenter. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
