He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Fote and Martha Fote; and his cousins, Rita Wreczycki, Judy Zeman and Richard Leick.
He is survived by: his cousins, Thomas, Patsy, John Foti, Robert Leick, Mary Jane Mudlaff, Rosemary Mattern, Douglas, Jeffery Calvert, Joseph, David Safarik, Colleen Monfre and Marilyn Muehlenberg; his close friend Pam Peters; and his friends, Carol Klumb and Robert Marquardt. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
