He is survived by: his wife Lynn Marie Jacobs (Metzger); his brothers, John, Todd and Robbie; his aunts, Wanda Ward and Jessica Siebles; his sisters, Deborah Novak of Belle Plaine and Stacy King of Cedar Rapids; and his friend Wini McKay.
