He is survived by : his daughter Lisa Hall (Mark) of West Bend; his grandchildren, Amanda "Mandy" Lieb (Jeff) of Greenfield, Blake Hall of West Bend, Mike Gaines (Maggie) of Belleview, FL, Jessica Pellerin (Will) of Ocala, FL, Brant Ragan (Bethanie) of Summerfield, FL and Cheyenne Nettles of Wildwood, FL; his great grandchildren, Aisling Lieb, Wyatt Pellerin, Kainen Ragan, Kaysen Ragan, Karter Nettles and Zoey Miller; and his stepdaughters, Jane Jennings (Jim) of St. George and Gail Inman (Bob) of Denver, CO.
