He was predeceased by: his parents, William Niemeier and Lucille Niemeier (Hoppmann); his sister Roberta; his brother-in-law Richard Sprain; and his parents-in-law, Harlan and Joyce Millard.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Kay Millard; his daughters, Paula Steele (Dan) and Ami Fullwood (Tony); his grandchildren, Emily Steele and Evan Fullwood; his cousin Dan Hoppmann (Kathy); his nephews, Jeff Sprain (Trish), Jason Sprain (Jen) and Matt Berg; his niece Jennifer Clark; and his siblings-in-law, Pam Berg (Curt), Kevin Millard and Kathi Millard.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
