She was predeceased by : her parents, Edwin Polfuss and Ella Polfuss of Princeton, WI.; her husband Theodore Henke; and her siblings, Marvin, Mavis Fink and Delma Disterhaft.
She is survived by : her daughter Donna Berndt; her son-in-law Dick Berndt; her granddaughter Kelli Lyndon (Dale); her great grandchildren, Clayton, Ava and James of Deerfield Beach, FL; her brother Harlow Polfuss; her niece Gail Scheuers; and her nephew Glen Polfuss. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
