He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Howard Puterbaugh, Henrietta Giese (Ralph) and Walter Naekrsz (Ester); his uncles, Robert Puterbaugh, Roger Eichsteadt, Eugene, Peter Naekrsz and Duane Kemnitz; and his aunt Sheryl Chier (Dawn Marie Drucks).
He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Puterbaugh (Debra) of Menahga, MN and Lindy Debeche (Thomas) of New Port Richey; his grandmother Hazel Puterbaugh of Montello; his siblings, Michael Puterbaugh (Marie), Jessica Welch (Tony) and Zachary Puterbaugh; his nieces, Marissa and Mariella; and his friend Abraham Hilsberg. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred to the family.
