With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Smith of Westfield, Wisconsin, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 20, 2021 at the age of 43. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Richard Smith. He is survived by: his mother Jayne Johnson (Gary) of Shawano; and his siblings, Chad Johnson of Milwaukee, Dwayne Johnson (Cheryl) of Neshkoro, Dusten Johnson of Milwaukee and Tammie Johnson (Jose Herrera) of Milwaukee. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred to the family for a memorial that will be established in Mike's name.
