She is survived by : her son Leonard Gumina (Renee); her grandchildren, Jacob Sadowski (Amanda), Ashley Sadowski (Ross) and Amber Sadowski; and her siblings, Darlene, Jan and Ricky. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
