Jaskowiak (Sarah), Andrew Jaskowiak, Anna Schweitzer (Brandon), Emily Jaskowiak, Amanda Pennington (Brandon), Jerry Jaskowiak (Alina), James R. Jaskowiak, Emma Klein and Katie Klein. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and relatives.
