He is survived by: his brother Construction; his spouse Virginia (Benner); his children, Kristin Holien (Joe) of Winona, MN, Paul (Robin) of Beloit, Joel (Dawn) of Darien and Daniel (Dynel) of Baraboo; his grandchildren, Morgan, Christian, David Holien, Tyler Thiele, Logan Thiele and Ariel Ince; his sisters, Joan Schultz of Verona and Barbara Miller (Jack) of Madison; and his sister-in-law Sandralee Thiele (Linda Troemel).
