He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Prisk and Myrtle Prisk (Gempeler); and his brothers, Richard (Joyce) and Darrell. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his brother Dennis Prisk (Pat); his sister-in-law Judy Prisk; his children, Eunice Prisk (Ted), Daniel Prisk and Tammy Kozak (Randy); and his grandchildren, Daniel Prisk (Erica), Brandon Kozak (Kori), Brittany Kozak (Tanner) and Haley Kibbler (Brandon). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
