She was predeceased by: her parents, Nellie Trewyn (Gray) and John Trewyn; her husband David Garrett; her daughters, Debra Lynn and Shawn Marie; and her siblings, Lulur Hartwig, Merrill Trewyn, Ray Trewyn, Elroy Trewyn, David Trewyn and Earl Trewyn.
She is survived by: her children, Lou Ann (Ed), David Garrett, Jr. (Patti) and Dawn Diestler-Starks (Holly); her grandchildren, Shane Gourley (Melissa Miller), Heather Gourley (Adam Hawkins), Logan Garrett, Abby Diestler (Brandon Daniels), Caleb Diestler, Austin Cooper (Kate) and Nicholas Cooper; her great grandchildren, Mason Gourley, Brody Gourley, Walter Garrett, Cooper Hawkins and Daniels; her pets, Molly, Jackson and Chloe; her siblings, Gerald Trewyn, Betsy Welter, James Trewyn, Richard Trewyn (Arlene), Clarence Trewyn, Tom Trewyn (Nancy), Pearl Luebke, Kathy Laskowski, Stanley Trewyn and Roger Trewyn (Shirley); and her nieces, Luella Burdick and Mary Pyle.
