She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter "Butch" and Jean Wagie (Ebert); her nieces, Stacie Lee Rogers and Nicole Marie Wagie; and her great-niece Payton McKinney.
She is survived by: her siblings, William "Bill" Wagie (Jane), Dorothy Waga (Stan), Eileen Laatsch (Fred), Mary Rogers (Russ) and Betty Schelb (Dave). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers Joan's family would like to suggest a donation to Agrace Hospice of Janesville, Saint Patrick's Catholic Church of Whitewater, the Alzheimer's Association, or to a charity of your choice.
