He was predeceased by: his parents, Iona Pitt and Lou Pitt; his stepfather Russell; and his siblings, Leona Renee Belt and Lou.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his son Leonard "Lenny" (Michelle); his stepchild Tracy Pitt (Bob Kitzman); his grandsons, Casey and Hunter Schilling; his siblings, Lucy Tuller (Mike), Larry Palmer (Mary) and Krystal Sawyer; and his siblings-in-law, Cindy Thom (Dale Schmidt), Randy Coggon and John Coggon (Tammy). He is also survived by four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
