With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lisa Ann Parker of Whitewater, Wisconsin, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on December 5, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Joanne Cooper; her brother Jeff Cooper; her sister-in-law Pam Cooper; her parents-in-law, William Sr. and Ruth Parker; and her pets, Bailey and Dawsin.

She is survived by: her husband William Charles Parker Jr.; her daughters, Susie Langholff (Mike) and Billie Jo Parker (Juan Prado); her grandchildren, Harper and Hannah Langholff; her brother Stephen Cooper (Maureen) of Greenfield, IN; and her sister-in-law Kathleen Parker (Pete Lee). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid-19, the service will be held outdoors.
