Millard (Danielle Ripley) of Janesville and Rachel Millard of Whitewater; his grandchildren, Keira Mae Millard and Ashlynn Marie Ripley; and his siblings, Mike Moreland (Lane Hoffer), Ben Millard (Tracy) and Elizabeth Millard (Eric Rambicure). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
