He was predeceased by : his parents, Ernest J. Arch and Mildred L. Arch (Podobnik). He is survived by : his wife Yolanda M. Zavala-Escobar of Greenwood; his son Steven of Madison; and his siblings, William "Bill" of Greenwood, Nancy Arch Karlin (Jim) of Westlake, CA and Karyn Johnson of Evergreen, CO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 31st 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (W8170 Main St, Willard, WI 54493). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 31st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
