With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shirley Harris of Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 14, 2025 at the age of 87. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester Tatro and Elnora Tatro (Reek); her husband Wallace J. Harris; her daughter Cheryll; her granddaughter Maegen; and her siblings, Darlene and Jerry.
She is survived by: her children, Raymond Harris (Shelly) of Mosinee, Lisa Schulz (Ross) of Wisconsin Rapids, Patti Elmhorst (Brady) of Owatonna, MN, Sam Harris (Cheryl) of Port Edwards and Tyrone Harris of Prescott Valley, AZ; and her brothers, Jim Tatro of New London and David Tatro (Helen) of Sheboygan Falls. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Herman-Taylor Funeral Home (2201 Chestnut St, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494).
