He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Mittlesteadt and Theo Mittlesteadt (King); his great grandchildren, Baby Angel and Ayria; his brothers, Martin, Monard and Maynard; and his sister-in-law Mary Mittlesteadt.
He is survived by: his wife Merna M. Fuller; his children, Karin Powell (Doug), Deana Urban (Harlan), Vern Mittlesteadt (Tammy) and Terri Gher (Dave); his grandchildren, Jenny (Brandon), Jon (Holly), Jake (Jen), Linda (Jake), Kristen (Kevin), Cody (Kelsey), Jessica (Matt), Mandy, Lindsay (Ryan), Ashley (Cole) and Josh (McKenna); his sisters, Monica Wagner (Jim) and Myrna Williams (Jerry); and his sisters-in-law, Betty Mittlesteadt and Shirley Mittlesteadt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews along with other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Farber Funeral Home (2000 Viking Dr, Reedsburg, WI 53959). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (119 S East St, Wonewoc, WI 53968).
