We bid farewell to Cathy Schmidt of Greenleaf, Wisconsin, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 14, 2025 at the age of 79. Cathy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Cathy leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She is survived by: her brother Richard Schmidt (Elizabeth); and her sibling's children, Kay Wyre (Tony), Kim Engstrom (Richard) and Richard Schmidt (Janet). She is also survived by her great nieces and great great nieces and nephews, a new also a new great great great niece, and her many good friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cotter Family Gathering Center (518 Meadow Ln, Wrightstown, WI 54180). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund is being established.
