He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, David "Greg" (Rachel), Benjamin "Ben", Jeremy "Jerry" (MyShannon) and Carrie DeVere (Ben); and his friends, Alfred Newman and Randy Sheppard. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
