She was predeceased by : her father William W. Smith. She is survived by : her caregiver Delores Smith; her siblings, Billy Wray Smith (Michelle) and Cheryl Elswick (Clint); her nephew Caleb Elswick (Brittany); her nieces, Courtney Bailey (Justin), Cara and Cami Elswick; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Declan of South Charleston, Leighton Bailey of South Charleston, Lilly of South Charleston and Jacob Eslwick of South Charleston; and her family Dr. M. Kayi.
