She was predeceased by: her parents, Printess Evans and Dora Smith Evans; her husband Watt Adkins, Jr.; and her siblings, Betty Jo Evans Hearn, Norman Wilson, Jackie Lee, Billy Ray and Ricky Lynn Evans.
She is survived by: her daughter Sabrina Adkins Trent (Brian Deskins); her grandchildren, Jonathan Trent of Amherstdale, Zackery W. Adkins and Courtney Dixon (Donnie); her great grandchildren, Zackery N. Adkins of Greenville, Brayden L. Adkins and Aiden J. Dixon; her siblings, Jimmy Dale Evans (Jane Church) of Keystone, Landrum Evans (Carol) of Robinette, Zona Lawrence, Nora Mae Maynard of Huntington and Brenda Damron of Accoville; her sister-in-law Angie Evans (Eugene Hopson) of Accoville; her close friends, Margaret Briles of Amherstdale and Anita Toler of Lundale; and her sisters-in-law, Carol Evans and Mary. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives and friends.
